Unlike commonly used hay which is heavily dusted, ShredBed is dust extracted twice during its manufacturing process and is free of seeds and spores. This makes it the ideal nesting and sleeping den for animals with allergies and respiratory diseases and even helps to prevent these from occurring. Six times more absorbent than hay, it possesses the ability to absorb its own weight in water.
The perks of this product do not stop here, however. ShredBed is also free of any additives, coatings, and scents, and will not cause any unpleasant lingering odours. Contrasting to hay which forms a part of your pet’s diet, there is no limit to the amount you can use.
